It may be cold much of the year in this troupe's home turf of Chicago, but it's always summer for these pals! Bask in the warmth of a one-hour improvised musical inspired by the classic coming-of-age stories of the early 2000s. You get to pick the summer plans for each of the four friends, then sit back and watch the hilarity unfold as they improvise their own "teen girl book." Revel in the gorgeous music, stellar scene work, and early-aughts nostalgia.

Improvised CW Pilots

Get ready for a night of drama, suspense, and unexpected twists in Improvised CW Pilots! The audience becomes the “writers room” as we take your wild suggestions to craft a brand-new teen drama on the spot. Think Gossip Girl, Riverdale, or The Vampire Diaries—but with fresh characters, scandalous secrets, and gasp-worthy plotlines all created live. From love triangles to supernatural mysteries, no two pilots are the same. Will our pilot get picked up to prime time tv??

Mouse Couch

Mouse Couch performs top shelf, top tier, top of the pops long-form improv that don’t stop. It’s the funniest fever dream you’ve ever had where characters, scenes, and ideas transform and blend into one another in kaleidoscopic style. It’s fast-paced comedy and ceaseless surprise that will both satisfy you and leave you wanting more. Mouse Couch is a trio from Denver Colorado that have been improvising together since 2017.

Some Black People

Formed in 2023, SBP's original goal was to serve as a point of representation in the St. Louis improv scene. Since its formation, SBP has: headlined a run of sold-out shows, been interviewed by multiple publications, performed in multiple comedy festivals, won Cagematch, and succeeded in its goal of providing representation. This success is evident in the increased number of Black improvisers joining the St. Louis program.
